Adding Images to Posts

For those who post public messages in the forum, there are times you may want to add an image. This page will show you how.

This is the format of the image command:

[img]http://www.ilovegrantspass.com/images/someimage.jpg[/img]

This example assumes that the image is already hosted on ILGP. You can also remote link to images on other web servers, like images you have already uploaded to your personal web space.

Using Image Shack to Host and Post Your Images

Image Shack is an easy way to add messages to your posts here on ILGP.

1. Click here to visit Image Shack: http://www.imageshack.us
2. Use the BROWSE button to upload your image (this sends the image from you to Image Shack)
3. Copy "Thumbnail for forums (1)" link
4. Come back here and paste the link in a message

It's that easy!
