Privacy Concerns and Incomplete Registration

Your registration will will be rejected for any of the following reasons:

• Full first and last name withheld
• Only first initial of first and/or last name is provided
• Street address is not provided (PO Boxes are acceptable)
• City, State or Zip Code fields are not provided
• Phone number is withheld or fake number is provided
• Invalid email address is entered (you won't receive the email containing your username and password)

If you complete a registration and do not complete the required fields, your account will not be established and you will receive this email from us.

This is a standardized form letter response because one or more required fields were withheld. As a result, your account will not be created on our system.

We understand your privacy concerns and we share them. For various reasons, including fairness to all members and our protection, this is the policy and we are not flexible on it. You can provide the information or you can continue to use the system as a guest.

Regarding the privacy of your information: We fiercely protect the privacy of our members. We didn't used to ask for this information but it became a problem for us. We now require it of all members. If fairness, everyone has to follow the same procedure. Your information (except email address and username) is NOT stored on the web server. Your password is stored in encrypted form. Your email address is NOT available to the public unless you change your settings to share it. We never sell, lease or give away your personal information to any third parties or "partners." We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes.

We've never had a member complaint regarding the violation of their privacy and we appreciate your trust in us. If you have any additional concerns please feel free to let us know.
