ThaiBBQ has been my favorite restaurant since I have lived in the GP area because it has consistently maintained its high quality food and service. I eat lunch there at least once a week, sometimes more, and I consider their food the healthiest choice !

I recently had an almost flawless experience here. The service was excellent. Their menu has so many choices including octupus. I really can't think of anything to complain about from start to finish. I'm looking forward to going back trying some other selections from their menu.

Went there on a whim and bot was I grateful, on their menu is pictures of their items, they serve a large health amount of food. I love that they had Thai chicken on a stick. Food was very good, I went at 5 pm and there was very little business, which was a bummer.

I have had lunch at this place 2-3 times a week for the last 2 years and still enjoy each meal. The staff is great, the food is fresh and tasty - the "L" lunches are excellent values.

Thai BBQ brought my attention to Thai food, but between Seattle, Portland, and Eugene I've found nothing that compares so far. Whenever I'm back in town, I make it a point to have a dinner there. I just returned from a meal tonight (Thursday night); WonTon soup (simple, excellent), #64 with beef 3 star spicy, a Thai Iced Tea (sweet and milky), and a scoop of their (what I suppose to be) home-made coconut ice cream and it was all fantastic. Simple and packed with flavor, as good as it's been all along.

My dad's favorite place to eat. I've always liked their food, but for some reason I've noticed portions shrinking and prices rising, and that, for some reason irks me. I still like it but don't take any home anymore.

Very small portions with very little meat; although great service and nice decor/clean.

Best Thai Food that I have had in a long time! Wait staff is friendly, and prices are reasonable. Service and quality are consistently good. They have a wonderful Tom Yum Goong (sp?) soup (I love it over brown rice). They also have a yummy appetizer - crab and cream cheese inside a won-ton wrapped, served with a sweet / spicy dipping sauce. Also, their Pad Thai Noodles are less sweet tasting than others I have tried (and quite frankly this is now the standard that I hold other Pad Thai to).

Best Thai food in town. And they'll give you heat if you ask for it. In Seattle Thai restaurants, I usually ask for 4 stars. At Thai BBQ, 3 stars is plenty.
The last time I went, the eggplant dish didn't have as much eggplant as usual. (I hope that was a fluke rather than a change in recipe.)

I've been pretty disappointed with Thai BBQ's food the past few times. Tonight everything but the BBQed chicken was dry. Next time I'm going to Sunflower.

Something about the atmosphere as me concerned. The last time I was in there (maybe a year ago) I felt like I had sat down to play some poker. Rather uncomfortable. The service is good, the food is pretty good as well.
