Food and Service was bad. We went twice because I felt they must of had an off day the first time. My steak was cold, they ran out of some of the items it was suppose to come with. Service was slow. I explained to the managment and it was like I was talking to the wall. This is the first time I've ever rated a restaurant with a grade of an "F".

The food was ok, both myself and my husband had an issue with the temperatures of food served. I ordered Aujus and it tasted like oily water. The exterior of the building is disgusting, for a chain restaurant they should really step up their game.

The Oriental Chicken Salad has been a favorite of mine for years, but yesterday it was absolutely uneatable. The greens were old and limp, the chicken was dry and tough and everything was floating in way too much dressing. I won't go back.

Kitchen staff don't seem to be properly trained in putting out a decent plate, and floor staff are under-staffed and overworked. This has been a long-term down-hill slide for this branch.

tried their curb side to go. 15 min. to receive, that was not too bad.
But I thought $18 was very high for ribs, that were not a full side, a little dab of slaw and fries. No drink.
The cole slaw was very good though.
The ribs must have had a rub on them, as I found too spicy.
All in all it is a good service for those that need to have it brought out to the car.

Food is mediocre to average, portions are small and there are far too few wait staff to accomodate the hordes of people who must like this place better than I!

I have never had good service there. While the food may be decent, it is over priced. If I'm going to pay that much money for food the service better be excellent and it NEVER is!

I called in an order the other day, for car-side to go. After placing my order, the lady then asked if I would like to come in and pick up my order. I said I would be happy to, but wondered why it was called car-side-to-go. She seemed to get an attitude at that point. Returning home after waiting in the parking lot for 15 minutes I found out the food was wrong. It was somewhat my fault for trusting they could get two simple dinner plates right. This is one of the worst places in town.

I absolutly love Applebee's! It seems like every time we go there, the service is superb and the food is enough to where you get full and still have left overs. The quality of the food is sinfully delicious. I would refer anyone there anyday!

WE VISITED THERE AWHILE AGO AND WILL NEVER RETURN. FOUR TABLES AROUND US GOT VERY SERVICE AND WE GOT PISS POOR SERVICE, COLD FOOD, NOT WHAT WE ORDERED. THE WAITRESS FOLLOWED US OUT INTO THE PARKING LOT BECAUSE WE DIDN'T LEAVE A TIP YELLING AT US. I CALLED THE RESTAURANT SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER AND TOLD HIM WHAT HAD HAPPENED WITH OUR SERVICE AND THE WAITRESS.

I am not crazy about this place, although they have a wonderful spinach and shrimp salad that I go there to get occasionally. Their Oriental Chicken Roll Up is good too, as well as their Apple Walnut Chicken Salad.

I only rated it this high because of the service. I can make better food at home. The service was interesting...they MAJORLY messed up our orders BUT they MAJORLY fixed them too. We ended up eating for free and got free dessert for 6 people!

We had an awsome dinner. We got a gift certificate for Christmas for $50.00 and decided to use it tonight. Our waitress, Jennifer, was great. She was very helpful and optimistic-even after we warned her that hubby doesnt like garlic-which eleminates half the menu. We ordered COLD BEER and a margaritta (twice)which came COLD! and the maggie smooth with no chuncks of ice-excellent! Then we had the hot, boneless buffalo wings. They were kinda salty to me so I compensated by not licking the rim of my maggie glass. Hubby ordered off the take two section and got dbl steak, cooked perfectly and with not much garlic flavor and no waste. And instead of garlic mashed potatoes and mix veggies he got fries and bake beans...he was very very happy with it! I ordered the new orange chicken terriaki bowl and couldnt finish it all. It was all very yummy. And the best part, besides discovering that my cousin works there too was that our bill came to .53 more than the gift certificate was! Dang we're good! And so was our experence.
